Hello!
Another week goes by and we still can not see our dear family in London. Close to two long years since we have been in person.
Making (and then eating) this delicious and nutritious vegan stuffed mushroom together has helped to ease the missing. Our zoom dates for cooking really help.
Also - it's a fun way to experiment with recipes. If you decide to make this we recommend adding some more rosemary and more spinach. Serve with some crusty bread and of course - on a SIP Happy Square!
